CazzyGames Sportsbook – Bonus and Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Purpose of Agreement

These terms are supplementary to the general CazzyGames Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Sportsbook Bonus Terms and promotion-specific rules, the latter shall take precedence.

Participation in any Sportsbook promotion constitutes the Player’s irrevocable agreement to be bound by these Terms.

2. Permitted Currencies and Financial Framework

Sportsbook bonuses may be denominated and utilized in the following digital assets:

Availability of payment methods remains subject to jurisdictional restrictions, local financial regulations, and technical capacity.

The minimum deposit required to qualify for the majority of Sportsbook promotions is USD 20 or the equivalent value in a supported cryptocurrency.

CazzyGames reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify the list of supported currencies and payment methods without prior notification.

3. Bonus Eligibility and Player Qualifications

Employees, corporate affiliates, and individuals identified as professional arbitrageurs or those engaging in promotional abuse are excluded from bonus eligibility.

At its sole discretion, CazzyGames may offer various promotional structures. All promotions are offered on a temporary basis and remain subject to modification or immediate termination by the operator.

5. Provisions Governing Free Wagers

A “Free Bet” represents a promotional credit issued by CazzyGames, which is subject to the following limitations:

The credit is non-withdrawable and possesses no cash value;
It must be deployed exclusively on qualifying sportsbook events;
It shall expire and be voided if not utilized within the designated validity period.

Key Operational Provisions:

Only the net winnings (total return minus the stake) derived from a Free Bet are eligible for withdrawal.
The original promotional stake is not returned to the Player.
Specific minimum odds and maximum winning caps may be enforced.
Maximum winnings caps may apply.

Events that are voided, cancelled, or postponed do not entitle the Player to a replacement Free Bet unless explicitly authorized by the operator.

6. Risk-Free Wager Framework

Risk-free wagers shall be processed according to the following protocols:

The Player places a qualifying wager using their own funds;
Successful wagers are settled according to standard payout procedures;
Unsuccessful wagers may be eligible for a refund, typically issued as bonus credit.

Refunded Credits:

Refunded credits are categorized as bonus funds and remain subject to mandatory wagering requirements.
These funds are subject to specific wagering conditions.
Withdrawals are prohibited until all playthrough conditions have been fully satisfied.

CazzyGames reserves the right to restrict the frequency with which a Player may utilize risk-free structures.

7. Mandatory Wagering and Playthrough Obligations

Sportsbook bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, typically ranging from 1x to 15x of the allocated bonus amount. The specific multiplier applicable to each offer is detailed in its respective promotional terms.

All wagering requirements must be completed within the specified expiry period (generally 30 days unless otherwise stipulated).

Failure to satisfy the wagering requirements within the allotted timeframe shall result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and all winnings derived therefrom.

8. Qualifying Wagers and Minimum Odds Requirements

Only qualifying bets count toward sportsbook wagering. The following criteria apply to qualifying wagers:

Wagers must be placed as single, accumulator, or system bets as specified;

Discovery of such behavior shall entitle CazzyGames to initiate bonus forfeiture, voiding of winnings, and account suspension or permanent closure.

10. Stake Limitation and Maximum Wagering Thresholds

When utilizing bonus funds, stake limits may be imposed by the operator. Any attempt to circumvent these limitations shall result in the cancellation of all associated bonus winnings.

11. Event Settlement and Adjudication Protocols

Bonuses are subject to the following settlement rules:

Voided wagers are treated as non-qualifying transactions.
Postponed or abandoned events are excluded from wagering calculations.
Wagers settled as “Push” or under “Draw No Bet” terms may not contribute toward wagering requirements.

CazzyGames relies upon official data providers for all final settlement determinations.

12. Maximum Winnings Cap

Unless explicitly defined otherwise in specific promotional terms, the maximum withdrawable winnings from a single Sportsbook bonus are capped at USD 5,000. Any surplus amount exceeding this threshold shall be removed from the Player’s balance without requirement for prior consent.

13. Automated Withdrawals and Payment Processing

Verified Players may be eligible for automated withdrawal processing up to a maximum of USD 1,000 per individual transaction.

Automated withdrawals remain subject to risk profiling, wagering pattern reviews, and continuous KYC compliance.

CazzyGames reserves the right to disable auto-withdrawals at its discretion.

14. Anti-Fraud, AML, and Betting Integrity Standards

CazzyGames adheres to stringent international compliance standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols. The operator monitors all betting activity for potential match-fixing and suspicious patterns.

15. Liability and Exceptional Circumstances

16. Right of Amendment and Termination

17. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts recognized by the relevant licensing authority.

18. Finality of Decision
