How to Request Self-Exclusion

Self-Exclusion Process

Exclusion periods available: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent. The minimum period is one month. Once active:

  • Your account is frozen and no bets can be placed.
  • All marketing communications — emails, SMS, and bonus offers — are stopped immediately.
  • Your account funds are kept secure and available for withdrawal after the exclusion ends.
  • Active bonuses are forfeited upon exclusion.
  • After expiry, a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period applies before any reactivation is considered. Reactivation requests are reviewed within 5 business days and may be declined if we believe gambling-related risk remains.

Deposit Limits

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases only take effect at the end of the current limit period, giving you time to reconsider. Minimum limit duration is one week. Contact support to set or adjust your limits.
