1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website cazzygames.com (the “Website”) and all related services provided through it (collectively, the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

The Service is owned and operated by Novatrix Group Ltd., a limited liability company registered in Belize (Company Registration No. 000047582), with its registered address at 9 Barrack Road, Belize City, Belize (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”). The Company holds a licence issued in the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005.

2. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Website and take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

Your continued use of the Service following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Service immediately. Bets placed before an amendment takes effect will remain subject to the Terms in force at the time those bets were placed.

3. Your Obligations

By accessing the Website and using the Service, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• 3.1 You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher age as constitutes the legal minimum gambling age in your jurisdiction of residence. We may request documentary proof of age at any time.
• 3.2 You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• 3.3 You are resident in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gambling services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• 3.4 You will not use any virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or any other tool or technology designed to mask, alter, or misrepresent your true geographical location.
• 3.5 You are the sole, authorised holder of any payment method you use when transacting on the Service.
• 3.6 All payments you make are made in good faith and will not be subject to chargeback, reversal, or dispute.
• 3.7 You acknowledge and accept that gambling carries the risk of financial loss, and that you are solely responsible for any funds deposited and any losses incurred.
• 3.8 You will not use or attempt to use any information obtained in breach of any applicable law in connection with your use of the Service.
• 3.9 You are acting solely on your own behalf as a private individual. You are not using the Service for any commercial purpose, nor on behalf of any third party.
• 3.10 You will not attempt to manipulate, influence, or interfere with any market, outcome, odds, or any other aspect of the Service in bad faith or by unlawful means.
• 3.11 You will act in good faith at all times in your use of the Service.
• 3.12 Neither you, nor any member of your immediate family, nor any employee or agent acting on your behalf, is enrolled as a participant in our Affiliate programme.

4. Restricted Use

4.1 Who May Not Use the Service

You must not use the Service if any of the following apply:

• You are under 18 years of age or below the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are a resident of, or are accessing the Service from, a restricted jurisdiction (see below).
• You are accessing the Service from any of the following countries or territories: Austria; France and its overseas territories; Germany; the Netherlands and its overseas territories; Spain; the Union of Comoros; the United Kingdom; the United States of America and its territories; any jurisdiction designated as high-risk or non-cooperative by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF); or any other jurisdiction that the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority has prohibited.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You must not, at any time:

• Collect, harvest, or otherwise obtain the personal data of other users of the Service, including through unsolicited electronic communications or automated scraping.
• Disrupt, interfere with, or adversely affect the operation of the Service or the experience of other users.
• Post, transmit, or distribute unsolicited commercial communications, advertisements, or affiliate links.
• Cheat, collude with other users, or employ any method designed to gain an unfair advantage in connection with the Service.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.
• Engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

4.3 Account Transfers

You may not sell, transfer, acquire, or otherwise deal in player accounts. The transfer of funds between player accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Consequences of Breach

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and to take such legal action as we deem appropriate if you breach any of the restrictions set out in this section.

4.5 Employees

Employees of the Company, its service partners, and their immediate family members are prohibited from wagering real money on the Service without prior written authorisation from the Company Director or Chief Executive Officer. Any account found to be in breach of this restriction will be terminated and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5. Registration

• 5.1 We reserve the right to refuse any registration application in our sole and absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
• 5.2 You must complete the registration form fully and accurately and agree to these Terms. Before placing bets or withdrawing funds, you may be required to complete our identity verification process (“Know Your Customer” or “KYC”), which may include providing valid photographic identification and proof of address.
• 5.3 You must provide and maintain a current, valid email address (your “Registered Email Address”). All official communications from us will be sent to this address. You are responsible for ensuring that it remains accurate and up to date.
• 5.4 You are permitted to hold only one account with us. If we identify multiple accounts registered to the same individual, all such accounts will be closed.
• 5.5 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. You will remain liable for all activity on your account until we have been notified of any unauthorised access.
• 5.6 We may request additional documentation or information at any time in order to comply with our regulatory obligations and applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

6. Your Account

• 6.1 Your account may hold balances denominated in multiple currencies, as supported by the Service from time to time.
• 6.2 We do not offer credit. You may only wager funds that have been deposited into your account and are available for use.
• 6.3 We reserve the right to suspend or close your account at any time where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, or where suspension or closure is necessary for security, fairness, or regulatory compliance purposes. In such circumstances, we may cancel outstanding bets and withhold funds to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• 6.4 Any funds credited to your account in error remain the property of the Company and may be reclaimed at any time. You must not withdraw or wager such funds.
• 6.5 You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any error or discrepancy in your account balance or transaction history.
• 6.6 Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic or that you are losing control, please contact our Customer Support team to request a self-exclusion or to discuss the responsible gambling tools available to you.
• 6.7 Your account, and any funds, bonuses, or benefits associated with it, are personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, pledge, or otherwise deal with them in any way.

7. Deposits

• 7.1 All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your name. Where a currency conversion is required, the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply.
• 7.2 We may apply processing fees to certain deposit transactions. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed on the Website prior to the transaction being completed.
• 7.3 Deposits are processed through third-party payment service providers. We are not responsible for any delays or failures attributable to such providers.
• 7.4 You must not deposit funds derived from unlawful activity. Chargebacks and the reversal of deposit transactions are strictly prohibited. An administration charge of €50 may be applied in the event of a chargeback or reversed payment (see also Section 9).

8. Withdrawals

• 8.1 You may request a withdrawal of cleared funds from your account at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount will be identified on the website when performing a withdrawal.
• 8.2 No withdrawal fee will be charged where you have wagered your deposited funds at least once. If this wagering requirement has not been met, an administration fee of 8% of the withdrawal amount (subject to a minimum charge of €4) may be applied.
• 8.3 Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, unless we decide otherwise or are unable to do so.
• 8.4 Monthly withdrawal limits apply as follows: where your account balance represents ten (10) times or more of your total lifetime deposits, the maximum monthly withdrawal is €5,000; in all other cases, the maximum monthly withdrawal is €10,000.
• 8.5 We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including where we are required to do so by our anti-money laundering obligations.

9. Payment Transactions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all payments made through the Service are authorised and lawful. In the event of a chargeback or reversed payment, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of €50. All transactions processed through the Service are monitored as part of our anti-money laundering compliance programme.

10. Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a system error, technical fault, or human error that affects the outcome of a bet or results in an incorrect price, payout, or settlement, we reserve the right to void the affected bets and to recover any amounts that have been overpaid as a result of such error. We will not be liable for any loss arising from such errors where we act promptly and reasonably to correct them.

11. Rules of Play, Refunds and Cancellations

Full details of the rules applicable to each betting market and product offered through the Service are set out in our separate Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. Key provisions include:

• Bet results are considered final 72 hours after settlement, unless corrected prior to that time due to a demonstrable human or system error.
• We reserve the right to cancel or void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, clear pricing errors, market integrity concerns, or evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

12. Communications

All formal notices, account communications, and legally significant correspondence will be sent to your Registered Email Address. By registering an account, you consent to receiving promotional and marketing communications from us. You may withdraw this consent and opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in any such communication, or by contacting Customer Support.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay in, or failure of, the performance of our obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failure, or interruption of power supply.

14. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

15. Underage Gambling

We take the protection of minors extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect, or discover, that an account holder is below the legal gambling age, we will immediately suspend the account, void and cancel any bets placed, and forfeit any associated winnings. Deposits received from an underage player may be returned, net of any applicable fees and costs, at our discretion.

16. Fraud and Suspicious Activity

Any attempt to defraud the Company or to gain an unfair advantage through dishonest means will result in the immediate termination of your account, the forfeiture of any funds held in that account, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies in respect of any fraudulent activity.

17. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, audio, video, and trademarks, is the property of Novatrix Group Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any such content without our prior written consent.

18. Licence to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own private entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit any commercial use of the Service or any of its content.

19. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any conduct on the Service that is abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise harmful to us, our employees, or other users. Violations of this provision may result in the immediate termination of your account without notice.

20. Links to Third-Party Websites

The Service may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those websites and accept no responsibility or liability for any content, products, or services available through them. The inclusion of any such link does not imply our endorsement of the linked website.

21. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Service, please contact our Customer Support team in the first instance. All disputes must be raised within three (3) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute; disputes raised outside this period may not be considered.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. We are committed to resolving disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. You irrevocably agree that the courts and arbitral bodies of Anjouan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

23. General Provisions

• 23.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Sports Betting Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
• 23.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
• 23.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on future occasions.
• 23.4 Language: These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
