These terms apply in addition to the general CazzyGames Terms & Conditions and, in case of conflict, the more specific promotional rules shall prevail.

5. Free Bets – General Rules

A “Free Bet” is a promotional stake provided by CazzyGames which:

• Cannot be withdrawn as cash
• Must be used on qualifying sportsbook events
• Expires if unused after the stated validity period

• Only net winnings from free bets may be withdrawn
• The stake itself is not returned

Any amount above this threshold may be removed without Player consent.

Auto-withdrawals remain subject to:

CazzyGames reserves the right to disable auto-withdrawals at its discretion.

15. Errors and Exceptional Circumstances

CazzyGames reserves the right to void any bonus-related bet if:

• A market was offered in error
• Bet settlement was affected by third-party failures

Balances may be adjusted accordingly.

16. Right to Modify or Terminate Promotions

CazzyGames reserves the unconditional right to:

Such changes may take effect immediately and without notice.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

18. Final Authority Clause

All decisions made by CazzyGames regarding sportsbook bonuses, promotions and disputes are final and binding.
